Ajay Mishra (CEO)

Ajay brings with him around 20+ years of rich experience in IT space. He is a science graduate and Master of Business Administration with specialization in Finance. He started his career with Bangalore Stock exchange and thereafter worked for Tata Consultancy Services, HCL Technology and Inlaks Computers which is one of the largest and recognised IT company in West Africa.

During his 20 years of professional career, he has worked in various capacities across Asia, Europe Middle east and Africa region. He has a versatile skill set and has exposure in leading projects, Pre-sales, Training Division and support service division. He has been part of many transformations drives in his career. He has a proven delivery track record in consulting, setting up a new vertical, driving new initiatives. At ACS, he is working with a vision to transform this company into a globally recognised multinational IT Company.

Richa Mishra (COO)

Richa Mishra is an energetic chief operating officer at ACS and brings with her 15 Years of versatile exposure in the institutions for higher studies, e-learning solution company and currently a founding director and COO at ACS, a technology solution and service provider company. Talking about her academic qualifications and professional degrees, she holds Master in English, Post-Graduation in Mass Communication, Ph.D. in English and currently pursuing Post-Graduation in Business Management from XLRI. She started her career with Dayanand Sagar College of Engineering, Bangalore, Karnataka and apart from teaching and mentoring to engineering and management students, she has also contributed to compiling and editing books for engineering courses.
She has also been part of the executive team for few key initiatives. In this college she grew as the member of Board of Studies, KSOU (Karnataka State open University). Her experience as a change agent, leader and a good communicator has been well recognised. Some of her core competencies include optimize company’s operating capabilities, employ strategies to maximize customer satisfaction, Managing Policies and Procedures and employ strategies to safeguard assets and stock.

Sunil Tyagi (Vice President Sales & Strategy)

Sunil brings with him 14+ years of rich experience in international sales, strategy, and business development. He has extensively travelled to Central Asia, Europe, and Africa and holds a great understanding of these markets. He specializes in building markets for start-ups and has worked with and consulted a few very progressive start-ups through his career. Sunil has a natural flair for exploring business solutions through modern IT and holds a special interest in IoT & AI.
A cheerful and positive guy with hobbies like running, weightlifting, and reading, keeping him fit both in mind and body. His extensive travel and business experience make him an interesting company, and he is often praised for his engaging discourse over a variety of subjects, which are not just limited to business.

Rajeev Kumar (Vice president Automation)

Rajeev brings with him 20+ years of rich experience in Industry automation and as a head of solution architect. Along with his rich experience in the industry, he is a qualified professional as well. He is Bachelor of Science in Maths and master’s in business management, certification in Industrial safety and Fire Management. Besides he has acquired multiple technical skills and certification. He has been part of many key and strategic automation projects.

Avinash Agarwal(Financial Advisor)

Ajay brings with him around 20+ years of rich experience in IT space. He is a science graduate and Master of Business Administration with specialization in Finance. His contribution has been immense towards managing the working capital and delivering the project withing the budget. His strategic and robust financial planning has helped the company achieving the bigger milestones.

Sandra Xavier (Manager - HR Operations and Client Engagement)

With 4 years of experience in HR Operations, talent management, employee relations, and organizational development, Sandra has successfully managed HR functions for diverse workforces, driving initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and operational efficiency. Having spent over 3 years at Impelsys, Sandra played a key role in formulating and implementing HR strategies that supported company growth and fostered a positive work culture.

Currently, as the Manager of HR Operations and Client Engagement at Amossys Consulting Services, Sandra oversees all aspects of HR functions, ensuring smooth operations across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Sandra works closely with stakeholders to deliver customized HR solutions that align with organizational goals and drive employee engagement. With a focus on continuous improvement and strategic planning, Sandra optimizes processes to support both internal teams and clients.
Outside of work, Sandra enjoys music, dance, long drives, and reading books. Music is a big part of her day, and dancing allows her to feel energized and free. She finds solace in long drives and loves exploring new worlds through reading.

Simona Denise Fernandes (Talent Acquisition & Human Capital Manager)

Simona Denise Fernandes is an accomplished HR professional from Mangalore, India, now based in Dubai, UAE. With over half a decade of experience in global talent acquisition and diversity hiring across multiple sectors, she has a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and employer branding. Having started her career at TCS, she gained expertise in campus placements and lateral hiring before advancing to lead international talent scouting teams. Currently, as a Talent Acquisition and Human Capital Manager, Simona spearheads global recruitment strategies, fosters employee engagement, and aligns talent management with organizational goals, all while promoting diversity and business development.
Her impressive achievements include representing India at the 10th BRICS International Students Meet in Brazil, winning the ‘Best Entertainer – National’ award at the 9th BRICS meet, and earning national recognition for Best HR Practices at the NHRD HR Showcase. A national-level volleyball player and dancer, she also secured the second rank in academics during her graduation from Mangalore University. Passionate about singing, dancing, and sports like cricket, badminton, and swimming, Simona balances her active lifestyle with her love for travel. She has explored destinations across India, including Delhi, Goa, and Kerala, as well as international hotspots like Germany, France, Switzerland, and Brazil, among others.
